Horizon Inc. acquired ISO9001 certification in 1997 for the purpose of increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving quality, and had maintained a quality management system ever since.

Horizon Group went through a reformation period in September 2017. Through this reformation, we came to the conclusion that the purpose of acquiring ISO certification had sunk within our company enough and achieved its purpose. Then, we decided to establish a more effective quality management system based on ISO9001:2015.

On October 1st, 2022, as we have been able to maintain, operate, and confirm the effectiveness of the "Horizon Quality Management System Guideline" which refers to ISO9001:2015, we made a self-declaration of conformity.

We will continue to work on our best to meet our customer's satisfaction.
