Paper Folder PF-P3300
The PF-P3300 paper folder brings quick, accurate, and stable folding production with user-friendly operation.HIGH SPEED FOLDING – Unique suction rotor feeding mechanism enables folding with a wide variety of paper stocks at high speeds. (Max. 250 sheets per minute for A4 / 8.5” x 11” single fold)
STABLE FEEDING – Air suction feeding with pile air separation provides consistent and stable sheet feeding. The amount of air can be adjusted according to weight and texture.
A WIDE VARIETY OF PAPER STOCK – The folder can handle a wide range of paper stock such as regular paper, coated paper printed by both digital and offset presses.
SHORT MAKE-READY – Reduce setup time with accurate change over. Unique automated setup ensures precise setup and repeatability.
SIMPLE OPERATION– A user friendly operation panel provides intuitive and easy opreation. Additionally, special sheet sizes and fold patterns can be set using the ten keys in the extension panel. Up to 8 jobs can be memorized for quick and easy recall.
SIMPLE MAINTENANCE –Easy access to fold rollers and the folding plate for easy maintenance and cleaning. Paper jam removal or cleaning the fold rollers can be done without special skill.
