Thank you for using iCE LiNK.
We wish to inform you that we will revise the edition structure of iCE LiNK, changing from three editions to two editions.

1. Overview of Edition Changes
We will discontinue the "Automation" edition and modify the "IoT Basic" edition.

Automation Edition (To Be Discontinued)
The Automation edition, will be discontinued due to the majority of users opting for the "Enterprise" edition.

• For Customers Using the Automation Edition

　Customers currently using the Automation edition will be automatically migrated to the Enterprise edition. During the validity period of the current subscription, you can continue using Enterprise without additional charges. However, please note that upon renewal, the Enterprise edition pricing will apply.

IoT Basic Edition (To Be Changed)
　IoT Basic will be transformed into an edition limited to Machine Dashboard Functionality and Connected Machine Service Support. As part of this change, the following features will be removed:

• KPI Analysis Functionality
• Barcode Job Operation Functionality
  

If you require advanced job management or automation features, please upgrade to the "Enterprise" edition.


Date Effective:
These changes will be applied starting from version 3.7, scheduled for release in September 2025.


2. New Features in the Enterprise edition from version 3.5

The Enterprise edition will introduce CSV/XML-based job management features for enhanced and flexible job control.

1. Automated Job Creation for Monitoring/Management Using CSV/XML
   Even if you do not have a JDF-compatible MIS system, you can now register jobs using CSV or XML files.
   
   
2. Management Functions Equivalent to JDF Jobs and Printer Dashboard Functions.
   
   
3. Support for Machine Setup Data
   The job management function using CSV/XML does not provide automated setup data for binding and other machines. However, by utilizing "Ultimate Bindery," you can apply setup data to jobs created in CSV/XML format, just like with the JDF Jobs function.
